Sometimes when I’m replying to an email from a colleague or student it won’t let me do any formatting!  Booooo!

Plain Text

The problem is caused because the other person sent the email in a Plain Text formation.  The problem is easily solved by changing how the email is formatted.

Change Format

There are two options to choose from, but you can stick with HTML.
